Block Workspace Design and Construction Manager interview questions

A recruiter reached out and set up a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter said she would follow up with me after sharing my resume and her interview notes with hiring manager - I received an automated message about a week later. Although I didn’t get the job I was disappointed that I was informed via automated message and not by the recruiter that said she would follow up with me.
