The interview process was highly disorganized and did not reflect well on the company’s professionalism. When the floor was opened for my questions, the interviewer dismissed almost all inquiries by stating the information could not be disclosed, offering no meaningful insights into the role or team culture. The meeting was abruptly ended well ahead of the scheduled end time under the excuse of a busy schedule. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked the mutual respect expected during a hiring process.
