Language Proficiency: Applied online and it took about 3 months to get a response, then they scheduled a phone interview with a native speaker employee. They introduce themselves and jump into the interview right away. The interview is short 15-20 min.

Language assessment: In the language that you have selected to have proficiency in, you will be asked for: 1) A short introduction about yourself 2) Why you are interested in the financial industry 3) List some trends or summarize a recent story relevant to global markets 4) Write a summary of the above (as a written test)
First stage: Screening (CV and 5 questions) Second stage: Video Interview (10 questions) Behavioral and motivational questions (around 1-1 1/2 min answer) Third stage: Team Leader Interview (with two team leaders)

smooth, clear instruction and testing process, easy to access. online interview. you have time to prepare between each question. I found the whole process quite clear. They sent the invitation several days after you applied online.
