The interview process came in 4 parts:
1. An initial screening phone call
2. An email-specific assignment with 2 prompts specific to project challenges with customers.
3. 2 rounds of interviews: with department leads, and the Director of the department.

The interview process was rigorous. In one day I had 5 rounds of interviews at the company headquarters. I interviewed with various department personnel from Conversions, Development, Support, HR, & Management. A wide array of questions and topics were covered within a comfortable amount of time. Entire process took several hours.
