Had an interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. Things went extremely well, the hiring manager told me they would like to continue on to the next round with me and we would be having another follow up conversation. I didn’t hear back for weeks, so I followed up with the recruiter and was just ignored entirely. Ghosted after being very excited about the role.

The interview process took about 3 weeks. It was super smooth and the whole recruiting team stayed on top of it. I had a great candidate experience. The hiring manager and the recruiter were super patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
