I was excited to submit my application to Bloomerang until I saw a mandatory field on their job application, "Requested Compensation Range". To me, this is a red flag of a company that looks to lowball applicants. Here's an idea, maybe Bloomerang should lead off with THEIR compensation range.

My contact was very nice and seemed genuinely motivated to find the right person for the position. It seemed like they wanted to hire someone from within the company.
