Interview
The interview process at Blue is generally very uniform all across Blue except few managers may do multiple screenings along with their higher ups. The final interview is generally a 3-4 hour long interview that includes presentations and multiple 1 on 1 sessions. These include a mixture of technical and behavioral conversations.
The interview process was all remote. They do not have onsite final interviews. It was a 60 minute presentation followed by 2 hours of one on one interviews. Prior to the final interview, I had 1 screening interview and 1 technical interview.

Technical phone screening is very technical in nature. Interviewer checked my knowledge of root cause analysis thoroughly. Interviewer was also helpful by giving a realistic opinion if I would be successful in the role or not.

Interview
Starts with a recruiter interview followed by a technical interview. If you have satisfied these interviews then you are moved to a more in depth interview which involves a 1 hour presentation. This is then followed up with one-on-one interviews with members of the group you will be working with.
