It was my first technical interview so I felt like a lot harder than the other interviews I had with companies such as Intel, Cummins, and etc. My interview was 1 hour and 30 minutes long (Usually it's about 30 - 45) because I interviewed for both the manufacture and fluid position. The interview started with sharing one of my engineering project experience in the past two years and like one or two behavior related question. Then the engineer (interviewer) took off with easy to hard technical engineering questions that require critical thinking. Towards the end of the interview, the university recruiter (interviewer) then asked personality related questions.
