The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Van Horn, TX) in Nov 2024
Interview
Started with a recruiter, asked basic questions. 2nd interview was with manager, who asked me to talk technically about projects I worked on and asked me to explain how some sensors work. I picked strain gauges. 3rd interview was round robin, hour long presentation to the team followed by 30 minute interviews with each member. Plenty of technical questions, asking me to give examples of my skills and where I used them. Was invited to site for a tour, which really was just a tour, not an interview or anything.

Question 1
You have a hazardous operation you need to write a test plan for, describe your thought process and how you would go about it.
They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

1 phone screen with technical recruiter
1 panel interview (1 hour prepared presentation, with five 30 minute chats with each panel member)
Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
