Really cool interviews at a really cool company! One of the recruiters reached out to me a couple of weeks after I applied online, and he set up a phone interview with an engineer from Blue. After the 30 minute interview, they got back to me (actually later that day) about setting up an on site interview in Kent.
They flew me out to Washington for two nights a couple weeks later for interviews. I had to give a presentation about myself and my experience to a group of four engineers, and then did one-on-one interviews with each. Everyone was super friendly!
Most of the interviews focused on my senior design project, as well as project/risk management from other projects I've been involved in. Nothing too hard, mostly high level engine design stuff. Perhaps the hardest questions were about qualifying the New Shepard vehicle, and how many flights I'd want to see before flying on it myself, letting my parents fly in it, and then letting the public fly in it.
They got back to me with an offer roughly a month after my on site interview.
