Interview
Interviewers were late by 6 minutes and clearly unprepared. It was evident to me they hadn't even read my resume and HR / recruiters crammed me into the schedule just to meet interview quotas. They asked several generic job experience questions that would've been answered if they could (surprise surprise!) just read the resume to save both our time. They ended the meeting on time because "they have an important cutoff" despite being late. It seemed more like an intense factual cross examination of my abilities rather than a natural discussion of my background and passion to work in aerospace. I know people show enthusiasm differently, but the personality and work culture from their way of communication felt underwhelmingly dull and pedantic. Why aren't you guys excited to work on spaceships? What happened?
