Interview
I applied for Data Scientist position through Linkedin and was contacted by HR director for the same. I was asked to take an online test which I cracked very easily. Later, I was invited to their office for personal interview. There were three people who took my interview one after the other and there was a use-case discussion with all of the three guys. After this, the HR asked me to leave for the day and he called me after few hours and informed me that he got a positive feedback and there will be a final telephonic round with director. I received a call from director next day afternoon, she don't know the interview etiquette and asked all the non sense questions. I pity on JDA for making people like her as directors for important business verticals/divisions. I don't know what feedback she has given about me, HR called me three days later and informed me that you are selected but we don't have budget to release the offer and we are keeping the offer on hold. I did not receive any offer from them.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Blue Yonder in Apr 2019
Interview
They sent me a data science task consisting of developing a prediction model and data analysis on a dataset. After doing the task (takes from 5 to 10 hours according to ur experience), they took almost 2 months to reply, and during that, each time I ask for a feedback (I asked every 10 days), they reply unprofessionally and almost rudely to be patient!!. After the 2 months I was rejected without reasons, I asked for a feedback and I have not received any for the past 4 days.
I have a very strong feeling that this is a fake position for data collection purposes!
One more thing: they sent a very weird document containing normal questions that is asked over the phone or face-to-face like why are you interested in the vacancy, etc
