Ghosted after multiple rounds of interviews and test projects. Interviewees dedicate a lot of time applying, tailoring resumes, writing cover letters, preparing for and participating in interviews, and completing test projects/writing sample projects. It's a terrible and disrespectful practice to just ghost them after. They deserve, at minimum, a simple email. I don't think I will apply here again.
