Structured interview where all candidates are asked the same questions. You will be in a room with 3 to 4 people that may include peers, managers, and HR in addition to the hiring manager. No room for personality to shine through. There will be awkward pauses in between questions as the panel scribbles notes and rates your answers. Questions will be general in nature but you are expected to clearly articulate the setting, your role, and the outcome of any actions you took.
