I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boeing in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process was based on STAR. These were not hardball questions, and I was not asked to demonstrate a skill. I was asked questions based on scenarios, questions revolving around clarifying experience listed in my resume, etc. They also encouraged me to ask them questions during the interview. It was a phone interview with about 5 others on the line, however the technical lead of the team I was interviewing for asked most of the questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time when you've had to resolve conflict in the workplace. How did you handle it and how did you feel about the outcome?
I internally transferred through the internship program. The internship program's interview was very straightforward, they asked me about my resume, my research and my prior work experience. They also asked me some behavioral questions.
The three rounds of the Computer Vision interview were as follows:
Round 1 (Exploratory & Technical): Focused on resume projects and conceptual questions regarding Image Processing and Computer Vision. They emphasized foundational signal processing over Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks.
Round 2 (Coding): Required writing code for standard convolution operations and filters (e.g., Sobel). Due to the candidate's ADAS background, they also asked about rotation and translation matrices.
Round 3 (Managerial): A standard behavioural interview evaluating team fit and past experience

Question 1
I was asked about the intuition of Low Pass Filters, High Pass Filters etc.
Lots of STAR related behaviour questions. All of the questions given out in the PDFs were asked. Describe difficult times at work where you had to prioritise different jobs and what did you do etc.
