Interview
All STAR format questions. Interview panel consisted of 2 senior level managers that you may be assigned to work with. Be prepared to not see any emotion from the panel. 4-5 total questions.

Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a team member? What actions did you take to resolve it?
The interview focused heavily on finance-related questions, covering both technical and conceptual topics. It wasn’t overly difficult, but it also wasn’t a breeze—I'd say it struck a fair balance. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable and was thorough without being intimidating. Overall, a solid experience that tested my understanding without feeling overwhelming

Pretty easy and standard questions. Remember to use the STAR method to answer them. Make sure to bring up any relevant information you have for the company, such as your interest in planes or working for a manufacturing company

STAR Format Behavioral Questions (about 45 min), questions asked are things like "Why do you want to work at Boeing," tell me a time when.. The process was pretty easy and was just one interview for the internship.
