Boeing is a huge company. It took them about a month before I was scheduled for an interview. It was a pretty basic interview. Used STAR approach when answering questions. There were a panel of three interviewers and they asked me four questions each. All questions were job related.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you handled a client with unrealistic expectations
I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing in Dec 2025
Interview
- seemed like what we call a “go to work” in staffing, no actual interview.
- recruiter let me know I got the job(turns out he’s outsourced by a staffing agency).
- I sign all of my paperwork and then get told the offer was made to the wrong person
- recruiter proceeded to lie about trying to help me with other interviews
- filed a complaint with Boeing ethics
- Ethics calls me and tells me to expect a debrief by HR and some guidance on moving forward.
- classic no call from HR and have even tried calling the number I was given
Very non technical interview, used the hypothetical question scenario and you had to respond what you would do in the situation. Very friendly interviewer and you don’t hear back for a while from the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Long Beach, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
It isn't hard. The interview is quite boring because the team follows STAR format. If you interview several times, you will find out questions are the same, not changing anything.
