Phone interview then an on-site, group interview. Two engineering managers on the phone and at the group interview. Very impressive tour of the production facility. Behavioral interview questions. Had to relate the questions to my previous job experience. Laid back and very comfortable process. Phone interview then in-person interview seems to be the standard Boeing procedure.

The interview was planned to include three members of the team. The recruiter contacted me to coordinate schedules, and after reviewing everyone’s availability, we agreed on a date and time for the interview to take place the following week.

Interview
I had a two round process, both virtual interviews. Prior to the interviews, I had one prescreen call. Questions were mostly behavioral, with two technical questions. Technical questions were basic in complexity.

STAR Format 5 questions.
Short sweet and only one round of interviews for most positions. hard to get through the system initially but if you make it through the questions are not that bad
