The process is where you contact a professor after they mention the program or you find it online. You send in a resume and they may come to your university to conduct interviews with interested students. There were two of them doing the interview, one from HR and one from a more relevant position such as finance or accounting.

The most difficult question of the interview is that it was structured in nature, so you got basic questions that did not seem applicable to the role. What is your greatest weakness type of stuff.

30 min one round interview, two interviewers from various business functions. You are notified who your interview is with, I suggest researching their background on LinkedIn beforehand. Get in and get out type interview, display your passion for the company.

STAR Method should be used throughout the whole interview. Interviewers will be typing answers the whole time. Be ready to develop a pace and stick to it! The process will be over before you know it. Have some questions to ask the interviewers.
