Interview
Easy. I’m a Russian and was transferred a close relationship between my manager referred me to the states. Very easy process as they need to have tax purposes for hiring global employees.
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.

This was for an Entry-Level role. STAR format, 5 questions. Was asked about experience and difficult / pressure situations. Besides 5 STAR q's, a couple of yes/no questions e.g. "have you ever used tool X?"

Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
