The hiring manger contacted me prior to the formal telephone interview, and was quite pleasant and excited about my application. The formal telephone interview followed a week later as a telecon with a small panel asking questions primarily technical questions. One of the people was loaded with trick questions and many trival questions to boot - like what you might as a June grad. After a while it became extremely annoying and I decided the was a person I would NEVER care to work with or around. I assume he was aplying for the same position or had a buddy he wanted for the slot. Glad I didn't waste too much time on that place.
