Question 1
Situation, target, Actions and Results type interview with multiple individuals. More often done over the phone rather than face to face. Need to be able to have examples that demonstrate understanding of question and that you had that experience and what actions you personally took and what were the results.

Interview
Conservative style of the interview, with four people in the room and while you are answering the questions, they all writing down the notes, no eye contact, which is distracting. The interview went well.

Interview
Very thorough and professional. Event though it was just a screening process, they asked the right questions in order to discern how interested I was in the position and whether or not I would be available to travel out of state for an interview.
