I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Feb 2013
Interview
Usually the first interview is a phone screen, then depending on how that goes you either get an in person interview or an offer letter. I was given an offer after my phone interview with 3 people. Questions were mostly behavioral. They might throw in a twist like, describe a time when you solved an engineering problem, where you have to describe a real engineering problem, a solution, and results.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA)
Interview
It was a straight forward interview with 2 of the engineering managers. No crazy questions or technical questions, they were more interested in past experience. Good overall interview with normal STAR questions
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
They were not prepared for my interview and were unorganized. They also did not have the same emphasis for love of people as other companies do. They’re more focused on their work.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Was online though they did not have webcams. Asked 5 questions in the STAR format. There were lots of long pauses between questions. They left time in the end to ask my own questions.
