I applied for an entry level liaison engineering position.
I was asked a total of 5 interview questions. The first two were more generic based about why I choose my field and why I want to work at Boeing.
Then I had 3 structured interview questions. These questions had a few questions within them.

Question 1
One of them was to discuss a time where I had to analyze data and what conclusions did I draw.
Another was to discuss a time where I had to compromise for a team objective.
Pretty chill:
Why boeing?
Describe a time you succeeded
Describe a time there was a problem and what you did to succeed.
Always answer in STAR format because thats what they like

Interview
Currently a senior in college. My resume was pulled after I scanned a QR code for a campus event and got an email for a 15 minute screening. Was very casual and the only question asked was "Why Boeing?" Currently waiting to hear back from them.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with two interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself and answer a few questions. This was the first [phase of the interview process.
