Very structure process. It was a panel interview and they went through a list of previously written questions. They use a STAR method of answering the questions. (Situation,Task,Action,Result) A lot of the questions asked in my interview were situational questions.

Describe a time when you as a leader struggled with resistance.
The interview focused heavily on finance-related questions, covering both technical and conceptual topics. It wasn’t overly difficult, but it also wasn’t a breeze—I'd say it struck a fair balance. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable and was thorough without being intimidating. Overall, a solid experience that tested my understanding without feeling overwhelming

Pretty easy and standard questions. Remember to use the STAR method to answer them. Make sure to bring up any relevant information you have for the company, such as your interest in planes or working for a manufacturing company

STAR Format Behavioral Questions (about 45 min), questions asked are things like "Why do you want to work at Boeing," tell me a time when.. The process was pretty easy and was just one interview for the internship.
