Applied through a college fair and heard back a week or so later, scheduled an interview done over Webex, they had cameras off, didn't hear back from them until about 6 weeks later that I got an offer

They asked me to tell them a little about myself, why I thought I would be a good fit at Boeing, then asked 5 behavioral questions using the STAR method, and if I had any questions for them.
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
