Interviewed by two employees who worked in supply chain. Asked a bunch of leadership questions and applicable questions about my previous experiences. If you know your previous position well and have been in leadership roles, you will be fine.

“How did you deal with someone under your leadership who was looking like they were lagging behind or not participating”
Few technical questions and few bechavioral questions, realy nice atmosphere, nice and qualified people. Questions were everything that you would expect it to be. They love STAR method. If you don't understand or don't know something you can ask for clarification

What was the situation when your work was cricitized
It was an overall good experience. There was clear communication and informative process. There was one technical round and behavioral questions about my experience. Multiple team members on the call.
The first interview is a screening call to check my student status, Visa and so on. I was asked if I'm looking for an internship or thesis, Administrative things were asked, no behavioral, no technical questions.
