A structured behavioral interview in front of three people in a large room. There were five formal questions and two informal questions. Formal questions focused on your experience and informal on your preferences. Each question required a three prong answer, describe the situation, the actions you took, and the results of your efforts.

Interview
Currently a senior in college. My resume was pulled after I scanned a QR code for a campus event and got an email for a 15 minute screening. Was very casual and the only question asked was "Why Boeing?" Currently waiting to hear back from them.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with two interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself and answer a few questions. This was the first [phase of the interview process.
