I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2023
Interview
It was good, but nerve wracking. Nearly all employers use interviews to understand how you might perform if hired. Especially with Boeing, the hiring manager will want to ensure that you can perform your job correctly and safely. So, just be you, be prepared with questions about your experience and how it might be helpful in the position you applied to. Have some scenarios ready about your past experience and what you learned from that and how can be used in your new job. Just be confident, be prepared, do your research about the position you are applying for and have scenarios, questions and experiences you can share that might make your the best candidate for the job.
