Interview
Met with the HR manager for a preliminary call before getting on a teams/zoom with the supply chain team manager. Had a brief conversation about the role and why I was interested. Then a two-on-one with another person on the supply chain team and the manager with more applicable questions.

Question 1
It was an entry level role, so many of the questions were basic... tell me about yourself, how would you approach xyz situation with a team member, client, supplier etc. Have you ever struggled in a situation. That kind of thing.
They asked one question about how I would approach some ethical circumstances with a supplier and getting a discount.
Interview took probably less than 30 minutes. It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewees. The interview in itself just consisted of about 5 behavioral questions about previous experience I faced at work and how I dealt with them. Did not have the best answers for what they wanted considering this was for an entry level position and I did not expect that I needed to provide previous corporate experience detailed out for the questions asked.
