Interview
Initial phone screen, followed by a one hour, behavioral and technical interview. A talent advisor will call and email you to schedule the interview and provide you with an interview preparation guide. The interviewing panel will have 2-4 people. The interview itself is very structured with exactly five questions, They will ask you why you think you are fit for the job followed by behavioral and technical questions. Be prepared to have all of your answers in the STAR format or they will most definitely pass you up. The communication from them is subpar, they will not respond to your emails and you will have to call either your talent advisor or the talent recruiter if you have a question. They will not notify you of their decision for quite a while after your interview either, upwards of several weeks. Overall unsatisfactory experience, but could be improved if they just communicated better.
