The hiring process is slow but once you get your interview date things move faster. The interview process is very situational using the STAR approach. Be able to answer questions regarding difficult or challenging situations at former employment and how you handled the situation(s).

An interview question I received was "Tell me about a time where you were having difficulty working with a peer. What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?"
