The process was fairly straightforward. At the time of the interview, I joined a WebEx meeting and had a conversation with the manager and team lead for the team I would be joining. They were friendly and the talk went well.

It was very easy. I thought they would ask a lot of things but they just asked about the projects that we did. It included full stack, gen ai project. The interviewer was also chill

Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper so you should practice pseudo code and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post AI era where companies use it extensively or not at all
