I applied on the April 12, 2023. I received a request to interview on April 17, 2023. It was a phone interview. The company is a really great company and has B Corp status which is a huge flex. So if you're considering the company, keep in mind this was just one experience I had for a role that needed to be filled immediately. The interviewer ghosted me after the interview. I sent a personalized follow-up and was given a generic "this position has been filled" email from a no reply email address. I thought it was pretty impersonal, especially since I had been speaking to someone through email and didn't just submit an application that was rejected.. Great company. Probably fine interviewer who just had to speak to a lot of candidates. I more so had abstract experience and they were looking for someone with more direct experience that would need little to no training.

Quick and organized. My only critique is that my rejection letter was sent out automated even though I followed up with a personalized thank you letter. It felt like a cold way to reject someone that had a phone conversation with you. I will say that the HR person did represent the company well and was quick with everything else. They also seemed very passionate about the company and knowledgeable.
