As much as I admire Bombas's mission and the team, I was extremely disappointed with the entirety of the interview process. I had a typical HR screen phone interview, one phone call with the hiring manager, then a skype interview with a couple of employees. You can tell all the employees were very genuine, hardworking, and passionate people which I applaud for. However, the interview process was DRAGGED on for a good 2 months. I had two incidents when they had to postpone my interview last minute (literally, last minute) which further dragged out the process, really led me on throughout thinking I would be a good fit, and left me nearly hanging at the end. Bombas, please do a better job with your recruitment/hiring process. This is a great company and I think the process of bringing in people on board should go much smoother than my experience.
