The process was broken up into 3 stages: recruiter phone interview, hiring manager phone interview (2-3 technical questions) and a technical interview codesandbox/zoom with a react.js problem to solve, very similar to something you’d build in that role. Every person you meet is nothing short of amazing. Very warm and supportive atmosphere made apparent from the very start. The only feedback I have is maybe sending out a no reply automated rejection email isn’t the best way to correspond with candidates who spent a month in the interview process with you. It feels impersonal and lacks empathy. Aside from that, I wish anyone who interviews or joins the team good luck! Wonderful experience overall.
