Round 1: Recruiter Phone Screen (30 min.)
Round 2: Hiring Manager Phone Call (30 min.)
Round 3: Virtual "On-Site" (with 4 people 1:1 over a 3-hour time slot.)
Round 4: Written Project (due within 3 days.)
Round 5 (last round): 2nd Virtual "On-Site" (with 4 people 1:1 over a 1.5-hour time slot.)
Pros: You get to meet some wonderful people during the interview process, and if it's a good fit, every conversation you have should feel natural!
Con: At points, the process entailed somewhat long waiting periods to hear about next steps, but everyone was generally good at communicating throughout the process. Good to be thorough!
