I went through 2.5 of interviewing for the Senior Creative Producer position. I had four interviews total with 8 people in total. My first interview was with Talent Acquisition over the phone, my second was with the department head over the phone, the third was with 3 people in the department over a web call, and the final was in person at their office with 3 department heads.
During this process, I completed a case study where Bombas asked me for specific artists - photographers, stylists, etc. from my roster who may be a good fit for their brand. I sent them detailed information about why each artist would be suitable and showcased previous work that aligned with their brand.
The worst part about the process was that I interviewed with them for 2.5 months and when they told me they were moving forward with someone else, I asked if they could share any useful feedback that would be helpful for me since talent acquisition had encouraged it, and they then ignored all of my emails.
I'd be advised on sharing your contacts / roster before landing the actual job.
