Phone Screening - Basic questions about previous work, experiences, college. Talked to two different people, they asked what brought me to the company and what I could bring to the table. Very nice, no hard or pressing questions

What is your greatest strength that you can bring to the table
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
