The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I forwarded my resume and brief description through an active BAH employee, who referred me to the company and then applied in the BAH internal system. This is the standard at BAH, it is difficult to apply on your own unless you time a hiring cycle well. A few weeks later I was invited for an interview at the VA Headquarters. I arrived to find myself among about 15 others. Interview was fairly straightforward meeting a few mid level managers and one senior manager. Questions were background related and about the firm. About three weeks later I was made an offer. Then I had to go through the government interview process to get a security clearance which took several months.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
