I've interviewed for this company more than once, for multiple positions, and never hear anything back after the interview. It would be nice to send a rejection email rather than tell someone that they'll hear back either way the next week with no intention of ever contacting them again. Some recruiters I've worked with have been very nice, others inflexible and uncaring. Also some of the positions that recruiters have referred me to I have been unqualified for, which makes the interviews somewhat uncomfortable. The interviews themselves are never that bad, normally pretty behavioral or about job history.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA)

There are several interviews for a role, it can a time consuming process. It may take a longer time than expected. Please be patient. Believe in yourself, it is important.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Dec 2024
Interview
I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
