Interview
There were two interviews total. One with a Senior Associate and another with a Principal. Prior to the interviews, there were multiple opportunities to chat with the Booz Allen representatives. Be sure to make yourself known and go above and beyond. Do what you think others aren't.

Describe a time when you had to deliver bad news and how you went about doing it.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
