I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Oct 2018
Interview
There were several interviews. I did one general phone screening, one in person interview at my school and two interviews over the phone. The interviews were fairly behavioral and discussed my experience, my education as well as which area of practice I was more interested in. Fairly easy but professional interview with personable people.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
