I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Nov 2009
Interview
I first had a behavioral interview on campus. Very straightforward-- just asked about resume. Then I was invited to a second round in McLean. All of the interviewees were interviewed in one room, round-robin style. the interviews were really short (~15 minutes) and behavioral. Everyone was very friendly. Because my interview was for strategic communications, I then had to take a writing test a few days later. The writing test had a few options-- write a press release or memo with given info.

Question 1
Pretty straightforward-- just about resume and experience.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
