Initial contact came from a recruiter just a few days after application. We had a 15 minute screening call, and she quickly scheduled an actual interview for a few days later. The scheduled interview showed only two participants, who were also recruiters. I joined 10 minutes late because of a scheduling mistake on my side. The two participants were actually team members, and the interview was partly technical.
