I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Talked with the recruiter about previous job experience for about 20 minutes. He set up a 45 minute Microsoft teams interview with someone from the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interviewer asked what I did at my last job. I answered and he had no follow up questions. He then copied/pasted a leet code question and asked me to do it. I don't think it was a hard leet code problem but I had not memorized those since I was in college so I'm sure my answer was not great. Really seemed like he had never interviewed anyone before. If I knew this would be a "leet code" interview I would not have done it.
Technical questions asked about my resume. They asked about projects and different experiences and based the technical questions around that. Computer science topics such as data structures, algorithms, and more.
