I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very focused on cultural fit -- behavioral interview questions, no case studies. High-level people from the company conducting the interview, all very friendly. Felt low-pressure -- very open, clear about expectations and about the types of questions that would be asked.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time when...(leadership, conflict resolution, team work).
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
