Applied to a invite-only hiring event run by BAH in 2024, but I was not a match. The team then contacted me to talk more, and I had a few initial calls with different recruiters. They had a delay of several weeks while contract details were resolved, then communicated again when ready. I then had one video interview with an engineering team, including a few technical questions to check my understanding of certain topics (not too detailed). They also asked about my background & we had a nice discussion. They were open to answer my questions. They contacted me within a few days to let me know it was not a match, but they are open to talking more later. I believe this might actually be true here! Note, my information is limited to just 2 interview rounds. Overall: the team was professional & everyone was nice to speak with. It was a decent process & not too much of a burden on the candidate.
