Booz Allen Hamilton UX-UI Designer interview questions

The interview process was short. First was a phone screening with a recruiter to ensure you were a good fit, as far as employment type and benefits. Then it was a 30 minute interview with the UX team. Everyone was very kind. However, I was told that I'd hear back via the recruiter on next steps. I never heard a word. I even reached out to the recruiter and nothing. Unfortunately, "ghosting" seems common practice these days.
