Booz Allen Hamilton Software Engineer interview questions

1. Phone interview with recruiter. Basic questions on past work experience and knowledge of languages, frameworks/runtimes, databases, and cloud services like AWS. Recruiter was at least knowledgeable enough to know basic technologies and she wrote everything down as far as experience and skill set in order to find teams with open roles at BAH that match your skillset and knowledge. 2. Technical interview with two different teams at BAH in back to back 45 minute sessions. The first interviewer spent a few minutes asking about experience and did coding interview questions that were easy to medium leetcode style questions. The second interview was minaly talking and discussing different aspects of BAH and my experience. 3. Got an email the following the day saying the interviews went well and they wanted to move forward so we setup another meeting and that was when I was given an offer. We discussed BAH benefits, position, and salary. I have not decided on whether I will accept as I am interviewing for other places.

It was long, drawn out process, they call you and want a bunch of paperwork before having an initial screening. Then they ghost you and never reply. Further, HR is disrespectful.
